Based on the Group's human resource development strategy, we have set up three career development channels according to the characteristics of different positions to establish the talent echelons. We have formulated and released the Administrative Measures on the Organizations of Professional Position Qualification (《专业岗位任职资格组织机构管理办法》), the Rules of Cadre Management (《干部管理办法》), the Management Measures for the Accreditation of Professional Positions Qualification and Appointment (《专业岗位任职资格认证与聘任管理办法》) and other policies to specify the procedures for the selection, appraisal, appointment and promotion through different career development channels. Employees can switch between different career channels according to their own development needs and the Group' development plan, so as to achieve their personal career development goals and seek for more suitable career development opportunities.

Professional Position Qualification Channel: Technician → Assistant engineer → Engineer → Senior engineer → Senior executive engineer → Chief Scientist
 
Career Development Channel for Technical Operators: General Worker → Junior Mechanic → Intermediate Mechanic → Senior Mechanic → Junior Technician → Intermediate Technician → Senior Technician

The unique talent development system of the Group ensures the provision of talent team matching the sound business development of the Group, to enhance their knowledge and skills for discharging duties at work. Based on the development needs of different levels, we have established a development and training system which covers all employees with new employee development module, professional and technical personnel development module, and leadership development module as its core to consistently encourage them to keep learning. The average employee training cost in 2023 was RMB600 per person.We have formulated a series of documents such as the Management Policy on Training (《培训管理制度》), the Whitepaper on Employee Learning and Development (《员工学习发展白皮书》) and the Skilled Worker Education and Training Management Standards (《技能工教育培训管理标准》) to provide employees with various methods for improvement. Among them, eligible employees can apply for the academic education classes offered by the Group in a centralized manner or participate in external academic education training. After graduation with a certificate and a valid invoice and signing the corresponding training agreement with the Company or its subsidiaries, the trainees can reimburse 70% of the tuition fees to the Company or the subsidiaries, and bear the other 30%.

During the reporting period, the Group organized the following trainings: ChengHui Program, Chengfeng Program, Yulang Program, Jihai Program, and Sunny Lecture Hall.The Chenghui Program is a talent development program that helps fresh graduates make the transition from campus to professional and thus create value quickly.Assist fresh graduates who initially enter the workplace to integrate quickly and grow rapidly.A total of 699 college students participated in the 2023 Chenghui program.Through Chenghui training, fresh college students have been significantly improved in timely feedback, proactivity, result orientation and interpersonal cooperation, and successfully integrated into the workplace.Sunny Lecture Hall is a learning and sharing platform for all employees, enabling excellent learning resources to cover the entire group, driving all employees to enhance their self-learning awareness and improving employee-company viscosity.Sunny Lecture Hall builds a communication bridge between employees and external experts and internal executives, broadens employees' learning channels, enriches employees' learning resources, and effectively promotes the enhancement of employees' dedication.In total, more than 8,000 people attended the Sunny Lecture Hall in 2023.
